Any person who takes photographs in Cape Town and it surrounds, that fall under the jurisdiction of the City of Cape Town’s film permit office, is welcome to join. Application to join is open to all levels of photographers. CTPPA membership is free at this stage and will remain so until the issue with the City is resolves and the CTPPA changes its role.
By completing the application form and acquiring membership to the CTPPA, you confirm that you:
- Are against the current permit system being imposed by the City of Cape Town.
- Authorise the CTPPA to appoint individuals to represent you when dealing with the City of Cape town regarding the photographic permit issue.
- Authorise the CTPPA to engage with the City on your behalf with regards to the above matter.
